Amazing products and amazing client service.

Their charcoal face wash is supposed to be a product that can be used for people with a sensitive skin. It's the complete opposite, applying it on your skin will burn almost every layer off the skin on your face. I will never buy sonething from them ever again.

I moved out and was able to change my address on my account before then. You shipment went out. Angelica D put in a replacement order for my new address, and didn't charge extra, and now I can continue on my face routine as usual.
I'm glad they have excellent customer service because I really love the product. I use the charcoal cleanser, escalating rub, moisturizing lotion, and dark circle defense. I wonder if they have all four in a package. My face is smooth and clear, get loads of compliments. People keep asking what I do different lol

My customer service rep Silvia Leon did an amazing job with helping me out with a problem I had with my charcoal face scrub unfortunately drying out and helping me with a replacement. She was so quick, kind and understanding of what happened and definitely was one of the top customer service experiences I’ve had!

Charcoal Cleanser helped me a lot! After years of trying many different products from different brands, I have finally found "THE ONE" for myself.
It's simple to use, gentle on the skin, foams quickly, smells great, and is simple to remove. Cleanser really help me to reduce the oiliness on my face, with which I have struggled a lot for years, especially because I use make-up daily and after an hour of wearing it, I'm looking like I have run 10 km. My oiliness has decreased so much after 6 months of using charcoal cleanser that I can now even use the moisturizing balm before applying makeup and not feel greasy all day. Thank you, Lumin, from the bottom of my heart!

They cannot cancel a order because it gets sent to the warehouse in Netherlands then you can't refuse at door or they won't refund you, so you have to pay the return cost even when the warehouse hasn't started the order.

Live chat then disconnects the moment you want your money back.

Shocking service

I was having trouble getting into my account and my chat was disconnected on my behalf Emy reached out and made sure I was able to fix my issue even after I lost contact with her through the chat box which I appreciated because I was stressing out about re explaining my issue until I saw her email great support team member !!! :)

I really loved their skin products, I ordered an Anti-Fatigue Set. The moisturizer is the best and smells heavenly, the DarkCircle Defense works but it takes many weeks to see the change. Their Charcoal cleanser is about the best in the market. My spouse liked the Exfoliating Rub but It didn't particularly impress me.

I’ve spent years struggling with my skin, including seeing dermatologists. This is the only set of products that have ever created lasting change. I’m sure it’ll be different for others, but I would recommend Lumin without hesitation. I agree they could send you an email before processing the next payment, but that’s trivial in context for me.

The lady that dealt with my dispute was most helpfull and helped me in every way to make my conversation easy. The problem was solved within 5-10 minutes. Respect

My 16 ordered the skin care trail without my knowledge, he's now just had £60 taken out of his account with no knowledge of the subscription. We now have no details for him to login to his account and cancel the order. Is it even legal for this to happen to 16 year olds and he's got no email trail of his purchase or account set up

Products are fine, if a little expensive.
Cancelling and returning orders are absolutely impossible. I tried cancelling a subscription, was given the cancellation confirmed screen only to get a order confirmation email a few weeks later. Tried returning the products, "impossible" was the response. Terrible customer service.
Will not be using again.

Its a scam. I didn't even get chance to try the product, there is no warning of the orders that are about to be placed, the orders cannot be cancelled and are non refundable under any circumstances. This non cancelable, non refundable order was placed over a week ago and has still not arrived.

Whether their products are any good or not their business model is focused on taking your money and not about the quality of the product or service. Perhaps try clinique.co.uk or skinandme.com instead.

Their customer service is an absolute joke.
My first delivery from them was delayed, and I therefore requested a refund on the shipping cost which their customer service rep agreed with me on by email, just to the then one day later have another of their reps emailing me again saying that they will not offer a refund. Never ordering from this company again, if they can't even keep the promises they give to their customers
